Returns
Our policy is simple. If your item is lost or damaged in shipping we will send you a replacement. If your item is not what you ordered, we will issue a refund.

We reserve the right to request items be returned.
Incorrect information submitted by the customer are the customers responsibility and should be checked at the time of ordering.
Shipping
Our shipping rates are as competitive as we can make them. The costs only cover the shipping and packaging costs.

Our rates are dependant on the size and weight of your product. We use Royal Mail Second Class postage but will always look to upgrade the shipping when and where possible if the cost allows for it.
